Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date

  • Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered or defective product).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note, we only offer cash on delivery, so your refund will be coordinated via a bank transfer or alternate method upon confirmation.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
